Mobile Farm

Our clients have the opportunity to gain work experience at an established working mobile farm

called Basil and Crew. The farm is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. With a love for animals

and the goal to educate the farm was born in 2000.

The farm provides animals for every occasion from birthday parties to schools and community events.

Users will gain hands on experience on the farm helping to care for a range of different animals

from bunnies to donkeys. Example of tasks users may do include mucking out of stables, grooming to

garden maintenance.

WHY WE LIKE THE FARM

Have a chance to make new friends whilst improving social skills in a safe environment.

I have grown in confidence and have been able to learn and develop everyday skills such as team work to help me in my future .

I like to see the clients grow in independence.
